Use the maintenance chart below to schedule maintenance at the hours and intervals indicated. Federal, State, or local
regulations may require additional or more frequent inspection or maintenance. Environmental conditions and additional
installed equipment may also require more frequent inspection and maintenance.

Visual check for fluid leaks
Check engine oil level
Check coolant level
Change engine oil and oil filter
Check fuel system for leaks
Inspect accessory drive belts
Inspect electrical system wiring
Inspect all vacuum lines and fitting
Engine Coolant Section
Clean debris from radiator core
Change coolant - ethylene glycol 50-50
mixture w/ distilled water
Inspect coolant hoses
Replace coolant hoses and accessory
drive belt
Engine Ignition System
Inspect battery case for leaks/damage
Inspect battery cables
Inspect all electrical connector retainer
locks
Replace spark plugs
Inspect crank sensor timing wheel
Replace distributor cap and rotor
Clean secondary ignition coil tower
Check spark plug wires
Replace spark plug wires
Fuel System Maintenance
Inspect air cleaner
Check fuel shut-off valve function
Replace inline LPG filter
Check LPG shut-off solenoid valve
function
Check air induction system
Check intake manifold
Engine Exhaust System
Inspect exhaust manifold and piping
Check oxygen sensor connector
