4. Introduce the screw hanging chain (34)
through the supports of the pick up box and
of the end of the hanging chain that will be
positioned amid the supports of the chain hoist.
Note: to maintain the linearity of the chain (to
see step 7 of the previous section on renovation
of the load chain.
5. Rotate the pick up box to their final position,
introducing the chain that could hang inside the
pick up box, and to press the nut screw chain
hanging (46).
Renovation of the support clutch pinenut
When it is necessary to substitute the support
clutch pinenut, to follow the following
instructions:
1. Loose the clutch plug (15) and the meeting
clutch plug (41) and, supporting the electric
chain hoist on the crankcase of you gear (4), pour
the oil of the electric chain hoist in a recipient.
2. Loose the screw crankcase of you gear (13),
and extract the crankcase of you gear (8).
3. Loose the nut of regulation of the clutch (16),
and extract the washer of centre plate jetty (17),
the plate jetty (18), the friction washer (19) and
the clutch pinenut (20).
4. Loose the nut axis clutch pinenut (42), and
extract the washer axis clutch pinenut.
5. Extract the support clutch pinenut (21) and
substitute it, and repeat the previous steps in
inverse sense.
Renovation the nut
When it is necessary to substitute the nut, to
follow the following instructions:
1. Loose the screw hanging chain (34) and the
nut screw hanging chain (46), and to extract the
load chain (51).
2. Repeat the steps 1 to 4 of the section of
substitution of the support clutch pinenut.
3. Loose the screws cover supports axis pinenut
(44), and extract the cover supports axis clutch
pinenut (23), the axis clutch pinenut (22) and the
combined satellites (26).
4. Disassemble the ring elastic nut (27), and to
extract the pinenut nut (29).
5. Loose the screws box of connections (3), and
to extract the box of connections (37).
6. Loose the screws cover guides nut (36), and
extract the cover guides nut (35), the combined
suspension hook (55), the roller nut (39), the axis
nut (40) and the detent nut (31).
7. Introduce the new nut (40) and to repeat the
previous steps in inverse sense.

13. REPAIRS

The repair under guarantee does not prolong
the initial guarantee period. Repairs can take
place for two reasons:
A) Component renewal (technical necessity
detected upon inspection), or breakdown
caused by use and normal wear of the chain
hoist.
B) Breakdown caused by non compliance
of stipulated use conditions, or due to non
compliance of maintenance instructions, or
others indicated in this manual. It is essential
that the chain hoist be inspected and
repaired by a qualified person (specialized
fitter on hoist apparatus, or specialist
personnel of the manufacturer).
In the event of a breakdown:
1. Carry out disassembly of the chain hoist on site
(according to instruction).
2. Clean chain hoist externally at the plant.
The guarantee does not cover cleaning of the
chain hoist (as a consequence of the working
environment of the same). If cleaning is carried
out by a company, specialized in hoisting
apparatus, or factory, the cost of the same will
be charged on the invoice for repairs.
3. Contact the fitter of the post sale sevice,
with the specialized firm in hoisting devices, or
