5. Applied connections

5-1. Connecting to the alarm terminals

Make sure in advance that the camera power is not turned on.
* Typical connections
No-voltage contact
* Alarm action
IN : If an alarm signal comes in, the alarm message is e-mailed to a designated ad-
dress. An alarm output is given.
OUT : If the alarm input is short-circuited or the motion detector is activated, an output is
given for a specified time.

5-2. Connecting to the MIC and AUDIO terminals

Make sure in advance that the camera power is not turned on.

The camera's audio signal is sent to the client PC. The voice via the client PC's micro-
phone is outputted.
