3 - Adjust the screws. Tighten them to increase the
pressure, loosen them to reduce the pressure.
Gold screw ............. Closing pressure adjustment
Silver screw .......... Opening pressure adjustment
4 - Block the hydraulic unit, by turning the knob by 90°
in a clockwise direction.
5 - Close the port and turn ON the power supply.
6 - When the beam is moving, check the closing force
at the tip of the beam.
Caution
The thrust force must not exceed 150N (15 Kg).
If necessary, adjust the working pressure of the
operator.

4.1 TROUBLESHOOTING

Type of fault
When the opening command is given,
the beam does not open and the
hydraulic unit electric motor does not
start up.
When the opening command is given,
thehydraulic unit electric motor starts up
but the beam does not move.
After opening, the operator can no
longer perform the closing operation.
During opening and closing, the beam
moves in jerks.
The beam moves down too quickly
(ZT60 only).
Leakages of oil from the unit tank.

NOTE

Probable cause
Restore the voltage supply.
Blown fuses.
Damaged electric power supply cable.
Check the emergency release valve.
The force is not sufficient for opening.
The force is not sufficient for closing.
Check that the unit motor is functioning
The balancing of the beam is insufficient
for the weight.
The balancing of the beam is excessive
for the weight.
The beam is very heavy.
Breather screw closed.
Leakage of oil from the breather screw hole.

Solutions
No power supply in the electronic unit.
Replace the fuses with fuses with the
same value.
Change the cable and eliminate the
cause of the damage.
Turn the valve by 90°, in a clockwise
direction.
Adjust the opening pressure.
Adjust the closing pressure.
Check the electronic device: safety
switches not connected electronically.
Increase the spring pressure or add
another spring.
Reduce the spring pressure or remove
a spring.
Reduce the flow of oil during closing
using the regulator.
Remove the breather screw.
Remove the excess oil from the unit.
