5.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

The Aprimatic ZT60-ZT62-ZT64 automatic barrier has been designed and
manufactured for controlling access to car parks and private entrances.
It is fi tted with a manual release device which should only be used when
there is a fault in the electrical power supply circuit or the commands
which drive the hydraulic unit electric motor. When this device is enabled,
the beam can be lifted and lowered by hand and secured in the required
position.
To prevent tampering with this device, it has a lock and customised key.
Caution
The inspection port should only be opened to use the manual release.
ALWAYS turn OFF the electrical power supply before opening the
port.
When the operations have been completed, close the port and
remove the key.
Emergency operation:
1 - Turn OFF the electrical power supply
2 - Open the inspection port and release the hydraulic unit, by turning the
knob by 90° in an anti-clockwise direction.

Warning
When the hydraulic unit is released, the beam loses its stability.
If the beam is raised, accompany the descent movement as far as
the limit switch.
3 - Move the beam by hand for both opening and closing.
4 - Block the beam in the required position, by turning the hydraulic unit
knob by 90° in a clockwise direction.
5 - Close the port and remove the keys.

For maintenance operations, contact your local Aprimatic installer.
