Note
 Use the appliance only when all filters
and the filter bag are installed.
 Defective filters and the filters that can
no longer be cleaned must be replaced.
Before doing any work on the appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Unplug the power cable.
Emptying / Replacing the filter bag
Empty or replace the filter bag when the
dust full indicator is on.
1. Unplug the suction hose hub from the
suction interface.

2. Unlock and open the front cover.

3. Fold out the filter bag bracket, and re-
move the used filter bag.

4. Remove the filter bag from the clip.

5. Empty the filter bag or replace with a
new filter bag.

6. Slide the clip back to close the filter bag.
7. Push the filter bag into the filter bag
bracket until fixed into place.
8. Snap the cover closed.
Cleaning the HEPA filter
Note
 Clean the HEPA filter when there is visi-
ble soiling.
 Replace the HEPA filter when it is dam-
aged.
 Only install the dry HEPA filter into the
appliance.
1. Press the fixed frame part at the rear of
the appliance to remove the frame part.

2. Unlock the HEPA filter, and remove the
HEPA filter.
3. Rinse the HEPA filter under the cold run-
ning water.

4. Shake the filter carefully after cleaning
so that the residual dirt or excess water
is removed.
5. Air dry the HEPA filter by light and heat
source (at least 24 hours).
6. Insert the dry HEPA filter into the appli-
ance until fixed into place.

7. Insert the fixed frame part and snap it
into the place.
Cleaning the floor nozzle, the
parquet floor nozzle and the crevice
Note
Clean the floor nozzle, the parquet floor
nozzle and the crevice nozzle at regular in-
tervals!
1. Remove the floor nozzle, the parquet
floor nozzle or the crevice nozzle from
the suction pipe.
2. Clean the floor nozzle, the parquet floor
nozzle and the crevice nozzle.

Malfunctions often have simple causes that
you can remedy yourself using the follow-
ing overview. When in doubt, or in the case
of malfunctions not mentioned here, please
contact your authorised Customer Service.
Reduced suction performance
1. Remove any clog from the suction noz-
zle, suction tube or suction hose.
2. Empty the filter bag or replace it with a
new one.
