DHTP1 Amplifi ed Touch Pad Controller
IR Receiver Disable/Enable
This setting allows the built-in IR Receiver to be dis-
abled if desired. This feature is useful if the built-in
IR Receiver is being fl ooded by a plasma TV, compact
fl ourescent light or sunlight. The Local IR Receiver
input on the rear of the unit remains active regard-
less of this setting. The built-in IR Receiver in enabled
by default. See Figure 4.4 for details.
To Disable/Enable the built-in IR Receiver:

Press and hold the PROGRAM button

Power (turns the IR receiver on).

Once the IR receiver has been enabled/disabled

the IR LED
blink equals ON, slow blink equals OFF.

To save the IR Receiver settings, press the
PROGRAM button again, the DHTP1 will then exit
the Programming Mode.
NOTE: If after entering Setup Mode of the DHTP1
and no changes are made within 3 minutes, the
DHTP1 will exit Setup Mode without saving.
