Drop Test Fixture Set-Up

NOTE: The test fixture which is capable for EN 360 standard testing will be applicable, but not defined in
this file.
(1) Unpack the Sure-Strong Tripod and set-up to a maximum height.
(2) Attach the Sure-Strong Winch to the leg with the offset anchor to
its left. Put out line from the winch and run it through the pulley.
Attach the pulley to offset the anchor with the carabiner.
(3) Attach the closed loop of quick-release to the winch snaphook.
Attach the short rope to quick-release activation loop.
(4) Attach the special snaphook to the center Tripod anchor location.
(5) Acquire a 282lb (128kg) weight. The service center can purchase
its own weight, or purchase the fixture below from MSA,
P/N 10157938. Two 45lb (20,4kg) Olympic barbell weights
purchased separately are also needed with this fixture.
