(10) Remove snap ring from the center of the frame.
NOTE: Carefully remove the frame assembly ensuring the
power spring does not come off at the same time.
(11) Remove the plastic disc.
(12) After frame is off, secure power spring with plastic zip
ties.
(13) Using a flathead screw driver remove the plastic
adhesive pad from the side plate and discard.
(14) Remove screws from side plate to expose the inside
of the hub assembly and cable connection point.
(15) If a new cable assembly is needed and the RFID tag
still functions correctly, salvage the RFID.
