Final Subassembly
(1)
When replacing the final subassembly refer to section 2 Exploded View of this manual.
(2)
Clean the surface of the housing and attach the labels as shown in the exploded view.
(3)
Place the internal assembly into the upper housing and tighten the 2 M3 (30ft (9m) SRL) or M4
(for 50ft (15m) SRL) screws so frame connects to housing.
(4)
Place the lower housing and connect to the 2 halves via 6 M4x16 screws with 1nm torque.

Handle Assembly
(1)
Place the 2 sets of nuts into handle section of housing and screw together.
(2)
Put M3 nut at center holes and put M4 nut at outside holes.
NOTE:
The torque of M3 screw is 0.63nm. The torque of M4 screw is 1nm.
NOTE:
Pull line in and out of unit and complete lock up test.

Replacing the RFID
Workman 30ft (9m) and 50ft (15m) Label Replacement
To replace the front variable information label on the Workman SRL, start by printing out the product vari-
able information on roll stock 10157351. If your facility does not have a Zebra printer, there is a recom-
mended model listed in the beginning of this manual. The variable information to be printed includes Model,
Length, Line Material, Serial Number, Date Made, and Meets Standards. Apply this lower label to the under-
side of the clear window found on label 10157352. Remove label backings and adhere to product housing.
Workman 30&50ft (9m & 15m) Cable Replacement
If any component of the stainless or galvanized lifeline assembly needs to be replaced, the lifeline assembly
shall be scrapped and a new galvanized steel or stainless steel lifeline shall be replaced in the unit. If a unit
is to be returned to a customer with a new lifeline installed, an additional note shall be added to the pack-
aging informing the user that a new RFID tag has been installed in the Workman 30ft (9 m) or 50ft (15m)
SRL, please update your records accordingly.

NOTE:
When packaging product for return to customer, place a clamp (Item 23) between the rubber bumper
and the nozzle.
