7.3
Upper Frame Subassembly
(1)
When replacing the upper frame subassembly refer to section 2 Exploded Views of this manual.
(2)
Assemble pawl spring to pawl.
NOTE:
Using a rubber mallet, hit the bushing into the frame. Ensure orientation is correct and flush with the
surface of frame.
(3)
Apply grease to inside of bushing.
(4)
Use the M3 bolt and nut to connect the other end of the pawl spring to the frame.
NOTE:
Be careful not to pinch the end of the spring between the nut and bolt.
(5)
Place pawl onto pawl shaft of frame.
(6)
Set aside and prepare lower frame subassembly.

Lower Frame Subassembly
(1)
When replacing the lower frame subassembly refer to section 2 Exploded Views of this manual.
NOTE:
Using a rubber mallet, hit the bushing into the frame. Ensure orientation is correct and flush with the
surface of frame.
(2)
Apply grease to inside of bushing.
(3)
Place wear disc inside of frame.
(4)
Lay power spring on top of frame, ensuring hook of power spring catches post located near bottom of
frame.

DO NOT cut power spring tie at this point.
