Defects
The pump delivers insufficient pressure
The motor trips out

11. Spare parts
All spare parts must be ordered through WILO
Customer Services.
In order to avoid returns and incorrect orders,
please specify the name plate data for all orders.

Causes
The motor fails to run at its normal speed
(foreign bodies, defective power supply,
etc...)
The motor is faulty
Pump poorly filled
The motor turns the wrong way (three-
phase motor)
Wear of the internal parts
The setting of the thermal relay is too
low (three-phase motor)
The voltage is too low
One phase is open-circuit
The thermal relay of the circuit-breaker
is faulty
The motor is faulty
The suction height (HA) is exceeded
The diameter of the suction pipe is smal-
ler than that of the pump
The strainer and suction pipe are parti-
ally obstructed
Remedies
Dismantle the pump and correct the pro-
blem
Replace it
Fill the pump and bleed until there are no
more air bubbles
Interchange two phase wires on the motor
terminal block or on the circuit-breaker to
reverse the direction of rotation
Replace thems
Check the current with an ammeter, or
set to the current rating marked on the
motor data plate
Check that the conductor cross-sections
of the power cable are adequate
Check it and, if necessary, replace the
power cable
Replace it
Replace it
Reread the installation conditions and re-
commendations in this data sheet
The suction pipe must have the same
diameter as the pump suction port
