7.1.3.9
Conditions for starting the different
operating modes
Each operating mode must respect specific
conditions in order to be activated:
AUTOMATIC mode
The condition for starting up this function is as
follows: lower probe < SP2 – r0 (hysteresis);
ECO mode
The condition for starting up this function is as
follows: lower probe < SP1 – r0 (hysteresis);
OVERBOOST mode
The condition for starting up this function is as
follows: lower probe < SP3 and upper probe <
SP3.Once a temperature above SP3 has been
detected, Overboost mode stops and the
appliance returns to the operating mode
previously set.
7.1.3.10 Display
If the appliance is ON, during normal operation the
temperature detected via parameter P5 is shown
on the display:
If P5 = 0, the temperature of the upper part of
the boiler is displayed;
If P5 = 1, the active operating setpoint is
displayed;
If P5 = 2, the temperature of the lower part of
the boiler is displayed;
If P5 = 3, the evaporator temperature is
displayed;
If the appliance is in stand-by mode, the
display is off.
7.1.3.11 Alarms
Note: for alarm "UtL" (faulty fan), in addition to
the message on the display, the appliance also
emits a sound alarm, which can be silenced by
pressing any button on the controller. The alarm
does not disappear, unless you turn the
appliance off or set it to standby mode.
Operation via the heat pump is automatically
disabled and the resistor enabled, to guarantee
a continuous supply of hot water.
NOTE: If you see the "UtL" alarm, you
must contact the support service
AL
Minimum temperature alarm
Solutions:
- Check the temperature associated with the
alarm;
- See parameters: A0, A1, A2 and A11.
Main consequences:
- The appliance continues to function normally
AH
Maximum temperature alarm
Solutions:
- Check the temperature associated with the
alarm;
- See parameters: A3, A4, A5 and A11.
Main consequences:
- The appliance continues to function normally.
id
Digital input alarm
Solutions:
- Check the cause of the alarm (signal cables
short-circuited)
- See parameters: i0, i1 and i2;
Main consequences:
- The compressor is switched off;
- Defrosting is not activated
iSd
Appliance locked alarm
Solutions:
- Check the cause of the digital input alarm
- See parameters: i0, i1; 18 and i9
- Turn the appliance off and then on again, or
disconnect the power supply
Main consequences:
- The compressor is switched off;
Defrosting is never activated;

FiL
Air filter check alarm (where present)
Solutions:
Check the filter cleanliness on the display (to
remove the alarm message press any button)
UtL
Fan faulty likely
Solutions:
- See parameters: SP10 and C14
- Check the state of the fan
Main consequences:
- The compressor and fan are switched off;
The water is heated using the electrical resistor

When the cause of the alarm disappears, the
appliance resumes normal operation.
