AFETY DEVICES FUNCTIONING
PHOTOCELLS (COM-PHOT)
If DIP 3 is on mode OFF => If an object is within the range of photocells
when the gate is closed, the gate does not
open. When the automation is active,
photocells work both during opening
(resetting the motion into the opening mode
after half a second time), both during closing
(resetting the reverse motion after one
second).
If DIP 3 is on mode ON => If an object is within the range of photocells
when the gate is closed and you command
its opening, the gate opens (the photocells
do not operate during this opening cycle).
Photocells operate only during closing
(resetting the reverse motion after one
second, even if they are still engaged).
NB: If two couples of photocells or more are connected together,
connect all transmitters and receivers to the power supply
D+/D- and connect the terminals COM-PHOT (8-10) in series.
PNEUMATIC MECHANICAL OR ´FOTOCOSTA´ SAFETY STRIPS
(COM-EDGE)
The connection of safety devices depends on their very location in the
system.
If you want to protect the action range of your gate during its opening
and closing cycles, connect the safety strips to the terminals COM-
EDGE.
When the safety strip is activated, the automation reverses its movement
direction.
BLINKER
NB: This electric control board can feed ONLY BLINKERS WITH
BLINKING CIRCUIT (ACG7010) provided with max. 40W lamps.
If the safety devices operate during the movement, the blinker continues
to function.
PRE-BLINKING FUNCTION:
If DIP4 is on mode OFF => the
simultaneously.
If DIP4 is on mode ON => the blinker starts 3 seconds before the motor.
