his very intense muscular activity
(hundreds of seconds of sustained
contractions) first tones and firms your
muscles, then redefines their contours to
sculpt your body. In this example, we
assume that the fitness enthusiast wants

applied to several muscular groups at the
same time (e.g. arms then thighs).
