CEBORA S.p.A.

Led M - "program" (Job) function.

4.16
This indicates that you are operating in Job mode or in Parameter Selection Internal mode, within the
"Service Functions", that you are operating on a Job that has been or is to be saved.
In both cases the Control Panel displays the parameters of the Job selected.
With the led M lit, all parameter adjustments are prohibited. It is possible to display, but not change, the
values indicated by the leds B, C, D, J, K, L.
4.17

Display O.

In each welding process, displays the value of the measure selected via the E key:
for thickness (led B) it indicates millimetres;
for wire speed (led C) it indicates meters per minute;
for welding current (led D) it indicates the Amperes.
In some cases it shows part of a message completed by the display P:
if the selected "program number" does not correspond to an existing program, it reads no (complete
abbreviation no Prg);
in the case of an alarm for the Wire Feeder housing open, it flashes OPn;
in the case of a Power Source error message, it displays the abbreviation Err. Display P shows the
error number;
in the "Service Functions" menu (par. 6) displays the abbreviations no, PrG, Sto, dEL, rCL;
in the "Second Functions" menu (par. 7) displays the abbreviations H2O, SP (tSP, tin), HSA (SC,
tSC, Slo), CrA (tCr, Slo, CrC), dP (FdP, ddP, tdP, Adp), Ito, rob, GAS, FAc.
4.18

Display P.

In each welding process, displays the value of the measure selected via the I key:
for the welding voltage (led J) it displays the Volts;
for the arc length (led K) it displays a number between -9.9 and +9.9, default = 0;
for the inductance (led L) it displays a number between -9.9 and +9.9, default = 0.
In some cases it shows part of a message completed by the display O:
in Job mode it temporarily displays (5 seconds) the number of the Job selected. If the selected "Job
number" does not correspond to an existing Job, the message on display P flashes.
in Standard program mode, Pulsed arc program mode and Manual mode, if the selected "program
number" does not correspond to an existing program it displays PrG (complete abbreviation no PrG);
in the event of an error message of the Power Source, it displays the error number. Display O shows
the abbreviation Err;
the "Service Functions" menu (par. 6) displays the possible choices in response to the function shown
on display O;
The "Second Functions" menu (par. 7) displays the possible choices in response to the function shown
on display O.
4.19

AR key - Wire test.

Always operative.
Causes the wire to move forward with an initial speed of 0.7 m/min, which after 5 s increases to 8 m/min,
in approximately 0.7 s.
Everything takes place without generating the output voltage to the Power Source and without gas output
from the torch.
4.20

AQ key - Test gas.

Always operative.
Causes gas to be emitted from the torch.
Has "bistable" operation: the first time it is press causes gas to be emitted, while pressing it a second time
interrupts the flow.
If the second press does not takes place and welding does not begin, gas output is automatically
interrupted after 30 seconds.
