4.18 L13 led - "Job" function.

It indicates that you are operating in Job mode or, if in Pa-
rameter selection internal mode, that you are operating
on a Job that has been or is to be saved.
In both cases the control panel displays the parameters of
the Job selected.
With L13 lit, every parameter adjustment is disqualified;
in particular it is not possible to change the process
parameters and some items in the welding menu.

4.19 L14 led - "Quality Control" function.

It indicates that the "Quality Control" function is active
and the power source control verify, in real time during
welding, the respect of the quality requirement set up in
the Cebora "Quality Control" option (see par. 8.1.3).

4.20 L15 led - "Robot interface" function.

When lit, indicates that the "Robot interface" function is

active (see par. 3.2 and 8.2.3).

If flashing, it indicates that the function is active and they
are operating in Parameter selection internal mode, set
via shortcut INT / EXT (par. 3.3.4).

MANAGEMENT VIA ROBOT TERMINAL.

Operation of the robot terminal depends on the "Robot in-
terface" function condition.
With the "Robot interface" function active the robot termi-
nal has the full operations of the welding system.
With the "Robot interface" function not active the robot
terminal has no control over the welding system operation.
The signals exchanged between robot control and weld-
ing system are described in the MIG Digital Protocols In-
structions Manual, cod. 3300362, supplied with the power
source.

Recall a saved program from robot terminal.

From robot terminal select the Operating mode (Standard
mode, Pulsed arc mode, Manual mode, HD mode or
Root mode) and a "program number" other than 0 (zero).
The control panel displays the parameters for the selected
program.
If the selected "program number" does not correspond to
any synergic curve, D1 and D2 show "no PrG".

Recall a saved Job from robot terminal.

From robot terminal select Job mode and a "Job number"
other than 0 (zero).
D1 reads "PrG" and D2 shows the selected "Job number".
After 3 s, the control panel displays the parameters for the
selected Job.
If the selected "Job number" does not correspond to any
existing Job, D2 flashes and D3 shows the message "none"
in the line corresponding the selected Job.
5.3

Recall a saved Job from control panel.

From robot terminal select the Parameter selection inter-
nal mode or from main page of Fig. 4 press T8 (INT), to
make the control panel operative.
Press T9 (JOB) to enter the "Jobs" menu.
L13 lights (JOB), D1 reads "PrG" and D2 shows the num-
ber of the last Job used or, if none have ever been used, of
the last Job saved.
Use M2 to choose the desired "Job number".
Press T9 (OK) to confirm.
The control panel displays the parameters of the selected
Job.
Press T9 (JOB) and then T6 (EXIT) to exit the "Job func-
tion"; L13 shuts off and control panel shows the parame-
ters of the previous program.
