CEBORA S.p.A.
4.5
Led J - Voltage.
When lit indicates that display P shows the welding voltage, diferent for various situations.
In Standard Program mode, Pulsed Arc Program mode, Job mode and Parameter Selection
Internal mode, display P shows the welding voltage preset in the selected program or, if in combination
with led F lit, the measured actual welding voltage.
In Manual mode, display P shows the preset welding voltage or, if in combination with led F lit, the
measured actual welding voltage.
In every Operating Mode, if knob Q is rotated, the led J temporarily gets off (5 seconds) and display P
shows the "Arc Length Correction" (if it comes rotated of a single step, the value that appears is the one
currently set).
Once the 5 seconds have elapsed the Control Panel returns in the previous state.
4.6

Knob Q.

In every Operating mode, allows the temporarily visualization (5 seconds) of the "Arc Length
Correction", on display P.
In Job mode, if the "Job number" selected = 0 (zero), selects the "Job number" to be called up, shown on
display P.
In "Service Functions," it selects the "program number" or "Job number" to be called up, shown on
display P.
In the "Second Functions" menù, based on the function shown on display O, it selects the abbreviation:
OFF, OnC, OnA, 2t, 4t, On, Au, nOP, PrG, ALL, visible on display P.
Moreover it adjusts the numerical value to assign to the parameter, visualized on dispaly O, that demand
it.
4.7
Led A - Globular position.
When lit, it signals that the pair of values for "Wire speed" and "Welding voltage" chosen for welding
may give unstable arcs and splatters.
4.8
Led F - Hold.
Activated at the end of each welding session.
When lit, it signals that the values shown on the displays O and P (normally Amperes and Volts) are
those used during welding. These values are saved at the end of each welding session.
Led M - "Job" function.
4.9
This indicates that you are operating in Job mode or, in Parameter Selection Internal mode, within the
"Service Functions", that you are operating on a Job that has been or is to be saved.
In both cases the Control Panel displays the parameters of the Job selected.
With the led M lit, all parameter adjustments are prohibited. It is possible to display, but not change, the
values indicated by the leds AU, B, C, D and J.

4.10 Display O.

In every welding process, displays the value of the parameter selected via the E key:
for program (led AU) indicates the program number recalled;
for thickness (led B) indicates millimetres;
for wire speed (led C) indicates meters per minute;
for welding current (led D) indicates the Amperes.
In some cases it shows part of a message completed by the display P:
if the selected "program number" does not correspond to an existing program, it reads no (complete
abbreviation no PrG);
in the event of an alarm for the Wire Feeder housing open, it flashes OPn;
in the event of a Power Source error message, it displays the abbreviation Err. Display P shows the
error number;
in the "Service Functions" menù displays the abbreviations no, PrG, Sto, dEL, rCL;
in the "Second Functions" menù displays the abbreviations H2O, trG, SP (tSP, tIn), HSA (SC, tSC,
Slo), CrA (Slo, CrC, tCr), PrF, PoF, Acc, bb, L, dP (FdP, ddP, tdP, Adp), Ito, HFU, FPE, FAc.
