Attach the belt grinding attachment to the drive at the po-
sition you want, and tighten the screw.

Loosen the knurled nut. Replace the contact arm, and
retighten the knurled nut.
3.3 g
rinding Belts
Use grinding belts only whose max permitted
speed is equal to or higher than the machine's idle
belt speed!
Install clean grinding belts only.

To change the grinding belt, first disengage the contact
arm and change the grinding belt.
Loosen setscrew (large). Optimize belt run with knurled
screw (small) and secure with setscrew. Dismantling the
belt grinding attachment according to Sec. 3.1
Optimize the grinding belt tension with hexagon spanner
and mount the belt grinding attachment again. Let the
tool run without load for at least thirty seconds.
