Install the motor unit on the table with the mounting
bolt asm. supplied with the control box.
At this time, insert nuts and washers supplied with
the unit as shown in the figure so as to securely fix
the bolts.
1) Press fit four bolts ❶ supplied with the unit into
hanging bolt holes in the table. (Bolt B is to be
used for installing the control box.)
2) Temporarily fix the washer ❷ , spring washer ❸
and nut ❹ supplied with the unit on the bolt which
is fitted on A side. At this time, insert the washer
❷ , spring washer ❸ and nut ❹ supplied with the
unit as shown in the figure so as to securely fix
the bolt.
3) Hooking the motor on the washer which has been
temporarily fixed on the bolt at section A, attach
the washers ❷ , spring washers ❸ and nuts ❹ to
the two bolts on the side opposite to A side.
4) Adjust the installing position of the motor. Then,
firmly tighten the nuts.
5) After the adjustment of the motor position, firmly
tighten the two bolts which are used to install the
pedal unit.
1) Temporarily fix washer ❷ , spring washer ❸ and
nut ❹ on bolt B which comes with the unit and
which you have fitted on the table in prior.
2) Hooking the control box on the washer which has
been temporarily fixed, install the control box on
the underside of the table by inserting and tight-
ening two wood screws ❶ into holes in bracket
❺ on the opposite side of the washer.
