Finishing the Installation

1. Remove the antistatic wrist strap from the chassis.
2. Align the access panel with the chassis.
3. Engage the hooks on the access panel bottom onto the chassis bottom.
4. Push the top of the access panel toward the chassis until it snaps shut.
5. Reinstall the lock-block on the back panel of the system.
6. Reconnect the system power cord.
7. Reconnect the monitor cable and any other peripheral cables to the system (see
"Cabling the System and Peripherals" on page en-3).
8. Power on the system:
a. Turn on power to the monitor and to all system peripherals.
b. Press the front panel power switch or press the Sun Type-6 keyboard power
key.
c. Verify that the power indicator LED on the power switch is lit and listen to
verify that the system fans are spinning.
