Preparation and Coupling of the Mixer VMN 4.0

Header to the tractor hitch
Note:
The coupling must be performed in a plan.
To engage the header to the tractor, follow the instructions
below:
a) Bring the tractor, aligning the drawbar (1) coupling with the
terminal (2) of the mixer.
PS. The drawbar of the tractor must have head
(as shown), preventing the tilting of the mixer.
b) If necessary, raise or lower the header through the support
foot (Hydraulic jack) (3).
c) Install the hitch pin (4) and lock it with a cotter pin, preventing
accidental release.
d) Pull the lock pin (5) and place the foot support (3) horizontal.
Then, install the locking pin again.
PS. During operation of the VMN 4.0, the supporting leg must be
in working position (horizontal).
e) To have an accurate weighing, the mixer needs to be leveled.
Check the levelling of the mixer and adjust it if necessary using
the adjustment feature in the head as instructed below:
