Operation

Discharge through the Conveyor Belt
a) Place the mixer at the site of discharge.
b) Operate the levers of control to the hydraulic cylinder (1) lift
the discharge port (2), and the hydraulic motor (3) rotate in the
direction of the discharge.
c) Triggering the movement of the belt in order to discharge,
where the mixture will be conducted to the discharge location
defined by the operator (troughs).
d) Move the tractor at a speed compatible with the discharge
flow, in order to obtain a uniform distribution.
e) Note the behavior of the belt and adjust its speed by varying
the rotation of power take-off.
f) After unloading, close the discharge port (2) and make sure
that the conveyor is completely stopped.
Attention:
NEVER operate the turning of the belt with the
door closed or the belt in position 1 of transport.

Adjusting the Conveyor Belt

a) Use this feature to discharge troughs and whenever
necessary.
b) The discharge conveyor has five different levels of height can
be adjusted quickly.
c) Lift the front of the treadmill (3) slightly until the hinge pin to be
suspended.
d) Lift the front of the belt (5) slightly until the hinge pin to be
suspended.
e) Pull the support belt (4) to unlock the pin.
f) Move the belt (4) up or down to the desired position.
g) Push the latch support belt (4) to fit the pin.
