Drainage and Oil replacement
The drainage and the first oil change should be made after 250 hours
of work. Then, repeat the procedure every 2.500 working hours or
annually.
Make drainage after the work period, while the gear box and are still
warm, because it facilitates the flow of oil and impurities.
Drainage should be removing the plugs (3).
The replacement should be carried out by plugs (5), using a funnel extending flexible.

Lubrication

For gear with running as a European Directive 94/9/CE, is only allowed the use of
synthetic lubricants. See table below for the brand and type.
Before starting up the gear, you need to supply it with lubricant to the level corresponding to the
mounting position specified. It is possible to select the lubricant and its viscosity in the following table,
depending on the type of service and the ambient temperature.
If the gear unit comes already filled with oil before installation is to replace the oil
plug used for shipment, the vent provided with the equipment.

Oil Change

1- Put an adequate container on the drain plug.
2- Remove the cap loading and unloading and let the oil flow.
To facilitate the unloading operation, working with warm oil.
3- Wait a few minutes until the oil out, then replace the cover after replacing the exhaust gasket.
4- Enter the new oil until it reaches the correct level. Do not mix oil brands or different
characteristics and make sure that the oil is highly resistant to foaming and EP.
5- Tighten the plug oil charge after replacing the trim accordingly.
The gearbox can be supplied with or without lubricant, as specified by customer.
The amount of oil is reported to be placed in the corresponding catalog sales.
Remember, however, that this amount is indicative and in any case should be taken
as a reference level display, which is prepared according to the mounting position
specified in the request.
In gear with permanent lubrication and in the absence of external contamination, do not,
normally, the periodic replacement of the lubricant. If there is an identical type of lubricant,
draining the gear oil and do an internal cleansing with a mild solvent, before refueling.
