C) Remove the driveshaft. Engage the tube (1) the tractor power
take-off and the bar (2) in the mixer.
D) Get the parts of the driveshaft side by side and see if there is a
minimum clearance of 3 cm at each end.
If clearance is less than the quoted or does not exist, mark and
cut the tube (1) and bar (2), and the protective tube (3), all at the
same rate (measured).
E) With a file, remove any burrs resulting from the cuts.
F) Apply grease to the inner end of the tube and bar on the
cardan.
G) Reassemble all components of the cardan.

Checking the Work Angle

The angle of 0º is the centerline of the tractor. The maximum angle allowed for PTO when it is being
driven by the TDP, is 15º. If you exceed this value (example: maneuvers), unplug the power.
Note:
With the TDP "off", the maximum angle of the cardan maneuvers can reach a
maximum of 30º.
The figure illustrates the maximum allowable tilt angle of the driveshaft with the car in motion and
driven with TDP: 15º. If the TDP is not working, the maximum angle is 30º.
Attention:
Maneuvers with TDP connected in a greather than 15º angle can cause serious
accidents.
