I) Remove the screw (3).
j) Pull the cell forward, always observing the connection cable
weighing.
k) To replace the load cell, use this procedure in reverse.
Warning:
Always check if the cable is being pulled gently
and is slack enough not to be damaged.
To replace the rear load cells:
a) Instead VMN 4.0 plan and the level, release the connector
(right or left) of the scale (B).
b) Using a suitable wire cutter, cut the straps holding the
cables.
c) Remove the rubber that seals the cable from the top and
bottom of the front of the VMN 4.0.
d) Tie the wire in the connector and pull the cable so that the
wire cable stays in place.
e) Release screws 24 mm (4) to support the shaft and loosen
the load on top of the weighing cell.
f) Loosen the screws 24 mm (5) using the key 36 mm and
remove the support 24 mm.
g) Release the nut 12 mm (6) using the key 10 mm mm and
remove the screw (7).
h) Release the nut (1) using the key 50 mm.
i) Release the nut (9) using the key cartridge 19 mm.
j) Remove the screw 12 mm (10) of support the cell.
Warning:
Items (i) and (j) must be made on both sides of
the mixer before the procedure to follow up.
