1- Use a pump to lubricate the grease points.
2- Lubricate after a period of work, while the machine is still warm, because the grease will
flow better between moving parts.
3- Never forget to use the IPE.

Replacing the Weighing Cell

Tools required:
- Screwdriver diameter of 6 mm or 1/4".
- Key 36 mm star or cartridge.
- Key 22 mm cartridge extending at least 110 mm.
- Cutting pliers.
- Wire with 5 meters to pull the cable again.
To replace the front load cell:
a) Instead VMN 4.0 plan and the level, release the connector
(FRONT) of the balance (A).
b) Using a suitable wire cutter, cut the straps that hold the cables.
c) Remove the rubber that seals the cable from the top and
bottom of the front of VMN 4.0.
d) Tie the wire in the connector and pull the cable so that the wire
cable stays in place.
e) Release the nut 24 mm (1) using the key 36 mm.
f) Pull the tip drag "Jumel" forward.
g) Loosen the nut (2) using the key 50 mm.
h) Loosen the nut (3) using a key 22 mm cartridge with a length of
at least 110 mm.
