4.7- Transmission Mounting

The Head provides 5 different sprockets (with
11, 16, 20, 25 and 30 teeth). The different
combinations of these sprockets provide
different feeding drum speeds.
It is recommended to start harvesting using
the sprocket with 16 teeth on the machine
and 25 teeth on the head. In this setting, the
drums rotate at the speed that best fits most
harvesting conditions. If necessary, test other
sprocket combinations indicated in "DRUM
SPEED". Remember that the ideal speed
depends on several factors, such as type,
size and density of the crop to be harvested,
harvesting conditions, etc.
PROCEDURE:
Place the gearbox support (shackle) (A)

and fix it with the 2 bolts and washers (G);
G = Hex bolt 7/16" X 1" (02 pcs)
G = Flat Washer 7/16" mm (02 pcs)
Mount the tensioner (B) by securing the

bolts and washers (C).
C = Hex Bolt M16 X 70 (02 pcs)
C = Flat Washer 17 mm (02 pcs)
C = Spring Washer B16 (02 pcs)
NOTE!
The tensioner also has some shim
positioned under the sprocket. If
necessary, change the amount of
shims to align the sprockets.
