TO START THE COUNTDOWN TIMER: If
necessary, press the MODE button repeatedly until
"TIMER" ("TMR" for the D.5 wristwatch) appears in
the menu bar. (For the D1 wristwatch, press the
FORWARD or REVERSE button to select timer 1, 2
or 3. The number appears below the menu bar.)
Press the START/LAP button to activate the timer.
TO PAUSE: Press the STOP/RESET button. To
continue, press the START/LAP button.
TO RESET: If the timer was allowed to count down
to zero, press the STOP/RESET button to reset the
timer. If the timer is currently running, press the
STOP/RESET button once to pause the timer and
again to reset it.

USING THE ALARM

Press the MODE button repeatedly until "ALARM" ("ALM" for the D.5 wristwatch) appears in
the menu bar (a). (Note: The alarm operates in the time zone that is currently displayed above
the menu bar.) The D.5 wristwatch has a single alarm. D1 has three alarms, and all can operate
simultaneously. For D1, press the SELECT button to choose alarm 1, 2 or 3. The number
appears below the menu bar (b).
TO SET THE ALARM:
1. Press and hold the LOCK/UNLOCK button until
the minute display flashes.
2. Press the FORWARD or REVERSE button to set
the minutes.
3. Press the SELECT button to activate the hour
display. Press the FORWARD or REVERSE
ALARM
button to change the setting. (Press and hold
the FORWARD or REVERSE button to change
the setting rapidly.)
4. Press the SELECT button to activate the
function display. Press the FORWARD or
REVERSE button to select one of the following
functions: DAILY (alarm will sound at the same
time each day) or 1-TIME (c).
5. Press the LOCK/UNLOCK button at any
time to save settings.
