HOW TO USE
• Special ingition switches as WW 14-023 and 12-003.
• Take care: if you connect this terminal to DC, and be it occasi-
onally or by hazard, you will de-magnetize your magneto rotor.
Single Fire Adapter
The part# WW 13-142 is a single fire module made by Morris and
it comes complete with spark plug wires, which are connected to
slilicone diodes. The adapter makes use of the fact that the ignition
coil current changes its direction with every turn of the crankshaft.
The sketch gives you an indication how to connect the adapter.
The various ways of connection wer tested in our warehouse on two
Morris magneto equipped motorcycles. Should - contrary to all ex-
pectations - the motorcycle not start up, you have to swap ignition
wires either on the magneto lid or on the cylinders. The probable
reason is that your magneto rotor - be it an older one or be it a new
one from another brand - has different polarity.
