Setup display under Starting Mode
User could press relevant menu item and then press 'ENTER' to select relevant function part. Press
'CANCEL' button or press 'X' (quit) to exit from Setup Menu.
 Set Measuring Mode: to set current measuring mode (Continuous measuring mode, Timed
Reading measuring mode, Balance Reading measuring mode or Ion Concentration measuring
mode) and measuring parameters.
 Set 'Ion Mode': to exchange ion mode, for example to change from measuring C1
 Set 'System Time': to set time of the meter.
 Set 'Manual Temperature': If meter is not connected to temperature sensor, meter would use
manual temperature value.
 Set 'system Setup': to set necessary GLP selection.
 Set 'Measuring Para.': from this part, you can set Cell Constant, TDS Factor, Temperature
Coefficient, Air Pressure value of DO, Salinity compensation etc...
4.4.1 Set Measuring Mode
Apart from ion concentration, meter can run ion measuring part, conductive measuring part and
dissolved oxygen part simultaneously. Each part has one individual measuring display window to
display three measuring parameters at same time. In which the upper one is the main measuring
parameter, the other two are the auxiliary measuring parameter. You can only select main
measuring parameter to start measure. The auxiliary measuring parameter is contained
automatically by meter.
 The ion measuring part takes pH/ pX measuring parameter and Ion Concentration as main
parameter while potential and temperature value as auxiliary parameter.
 Conductive part takes Conductivity, TDS and Salinity as main parameter while resistivity
and temperature value as auxiliary parameter.

Dissolved oxygen part takes Dissolved oxygen and Saturation as main parameter while
dissolved oxygen current and temperature value as auxiliary.
Meter also allows user to select individual parameter to measure. Meanwhile, meter supports three
measuring modes: Continuous measuring mode, Timed Reading measuring mode and Balance
Reading measuring mode. Ion concentration supports four measuring modes: Direct Reading,
Known Addition, Sample Addition and GRAN Method measuring mode. For easy use, meter has
the function of setting measuring mode to support above operation.
Press 'SETUP' button and then press 'ENTER' button to set measuring mode which is shown as
