3. Getting Started

Note
It's important for you to do the following before using Symphony
1. For models that include a rechargeable battery, fully charge the battery 12 hours
uninterrupted.
2. Separate all parts.
3. Clean - see instructions:
• Wash – section 5
• Sanitize – section 6
Note
*Sterile kits are ready to use and do not require washing prior to first use.
Breast shield assemblies come
assembled. Separate all parts that will
come into contact with the breast and
breast milk before cleaning.
Parts to clean:
• Breast Shields
• Breast milk bottle/collection containers
• Lids
• Connectors
• White Membranes
• Yellow Valves
Kit components may vary from pictures in this instruction manual.
