3. You can stop the platform at any
time by pressing the START/STOP
key.
The vibration platform is fitted with a
safety fuse to protect the equipment.
It will trip if it detects electrical
problems with the mains sup.
MANUAL FUNCTION.-
Press the PROGRAM key to select
the manual position, select the time,
then press the START/STOP key to
start the platform.
While the platform is operating, you
can vary the frequency settings by
using E keys.
PROGRAM FUNCTION.-
This platform has 3 preset programs
that can help you to exercise without
making any changes on the monitor.
Press the PROGRAM key to select
the
program,
START/STOP
platform.
The profile graphs for these preset
programs can be found at the end of
this instruction book.
TRAINING.-
Training variables are 3:
• Time: measures in minutes the
duration of the exercise.
• Frequency (Intensity): shows the
number of vibrations per second
measured in Hertz.
This model offers the option to choose
from between 20 levels at a frequency
range of between 25 to 45 Hz.
• Amplitude: Height of each vibration
cycle. Peak displacement measured in
millimetres.
The basic posture when exercising on
the platform is as follows:

This position allows you to feel
comfortable when using the platform.
If you experience any discomfort
(excessive
impaired vision) you may need to shift
the weight of your body by lifting you
heels until you find a balance point.
If the above symptoms persist, you

time settings.
There are various positions you can
use to exercise specific parts of the
body, these will be described later on.
It is essential that you begin using the
vibration platform in a gradual fashion,
in order to increase the body's
tolerance and level of adaptability to
the vibration treatment.
It is advisable to begin with short
sessions (no more than 1 minute and
a low frequency).
1.- Manual training.-
It is advisable to start using the
platform in manual mode, following the
tables below, this is because the
preset programs operate at high levels
of intensity.
