NOTE
• Maintenance and cleaning work may only be carried out by qualified
and trained specialists.
• Always wear your personal protective clothing when performing
maintenance and cleaning work.
Check cutter and replace it, if necessary.
The service life of the cutter depends on the filler wire to be cut.
NOTE
• Worn-out cutting edges may cause malfunctions. A cost- and time-saving
remedy is correcting the start-up position by a few millimeters. Only when
the entire cutting width of the cutter has been worn out, will a
replacement be required.

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to the wire tension of the counter support or
the cutter.
• Interrupt the compressed air supply of the unit.
• Do not reach into the danger zone.
1 Carefully unscrew the cover (1) and lubricating nipple.
2 Unscrew and replace cutter (5).
3 Screw on the cover (1) again.
