4 Check the fixed jaw (3) for wear; reverse or replace if necessary.
Lubricating the unit.

and solutions. If the measures described below are not successful, please
consult your dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as the power supply, welding torch system, re-
circulating cooling unit, etc.

10 Troubleshooting
Solution
• Open shut-off valve
• Check hose connections and screw
couplings
• Check control cable connection
• Check signal output robot
• Change valve
• Check setting on pressure regulator
min. 5bar / max. 8 bar
• Clean cutter
• Remove and clean removable parts
• Lubricate the wire cutting device DAV
with a suitable lubricant
• Clean more often
• Change approach position of point
of cut
• Regrind blade
• Correct start position with robot
control
• Remove and clean removable parts
• Lubricate more often
