Troubleshooting guide

You may solve the problems you may encounter
with your product by checking the following
points before calling the technical service.
Problem
Oven does not operate
Oven stops during cooking Plug comes out from the wall socket
Turns off during cooking
Outer surface of the oven
gets very hot
during operation
Oven door is not opening
properly
Internal light is dim
or does not operate
Electric shock when
touching the oven
Water dripping
Steam coming out from
a crack on oven door
Water remaining inside
the oven
The cooling fan continues
to operate after cooking
is finished
Oven does not heat

Possible Cause
Power supply not available
Too long continuous operation
Cooling fan not operating
Oven not installed in a location
with good ventilation
More than one plugs in a wall socket
Oven not installed in a location with good
ventilation
Food residues jammed between the door
and internal cavity
Foreign object covering the lamp
during cooking
Lamp might be failed
No proper grounding

Water or steam may generate under certain

Check Points
In case you experience a problem about
the oven, first check the table below and try
out the suggestions.
What to Do
Check for power supply
Re-install the plug into wall socket
Let the oven cool down after long
cooking cycles
Listen the sound from the cooling fan
Make sure clearances specified in
operating instructions are maintained
Use only one plug for each wall socket
Make sure clearances specified in

Clean the oven well and try to re-open
the door
Clean internal surface of the oven and
check again
Replace with a lamp with same
specifications
Make sure power supply is grounded
properly
Let the oven cool down and than wipe
dry with a cloth
This is not a fault of the appliance;
therefore you don't have to worry
Close the door and restart
Read the section regarding operation of
the oven and reset the oven
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker. if this is repeating frequently,
call an electrician
Smoke comes out from the heaters.
This is not a fault. After 2-3 cycles, there
will be no more smoke
Let the oven to cool down and clean food
residues from the ground of the oven and
surface of upper heater
