4) Allo stesso modo rimuovere le 4 viti (6, Fig. C) ed utilizzarle
per fissare, negli stessi fori, la guida superiore (7, Fig. C).
5) Svitare la vite (8, Fig. C) ed utilizzarla per fissare, nello stesso
foro, il blocchetto di collegamento pneumatico (9, Fig. C)
6) Montare i pioli porta flange e coni (10, Fig. C) inserendoli
negli appositi incastri.
7.2
Posizionare il sollevatore nei pressi dell'equilibratrice (vedi Fig.
D) in modo che:
1) la ruota posizionata sul sollevatore si trovi in asse con l'albero
dell'equilibratrice
2) il sollevatore sia ad una distanza tale da consentire:
- il caricamento della ruota (quando il carrello è posizionato
all'indietro)

- l'introduzione della ruota fino contro la flangia di appoggio
(quando il carrello viene traslato in avanti)
Il sollevatore SL 80 non necessita di fissaggio al suolo.
E' sufficiente regolare le due viti poste all'estremità del basa-
mento in modo da renderlo stabile rispetto al pavimento.
Se lo si desidera è comunque possibile fissare il sollevatore al
suolo utilizzando dei comuni tasselli metallici (13 x 50) , inseren-
do le viti di fissaggio negli appositi filetti sul basamento.
ALLACCIAMENTO PNEUMATICO
7.3
Collegare la presa di ingresso aria (1, Fig. E) ad una rete di aria
compressa con pressione di esercizio di 8-10 bar.Utilizzare un

tubo per aria compressa del diametro interno di 7-8 mm.
REGOLAZIONE CENTRAGGIO
7.4
Se necessario, è possibile regolare il sistema di autocentraggio
in modo che la ruota venga portata ad una altezza esatta

rispetto all'albero dell'equilibratrice.
Operare nel modo seguente:
1) Posizionare una ruota sul sollevatore e sollevarla come indi-
cato nel parafrafo "USO" a pag. 12 di questo manuale.
2) Con l'ausilio di 2 chiavi di CH 17 agire sui dadi (1, Fig. F) fino
a la ruota non risulti centrata rispetto l'albero dell'equilibratrice.
3) Serrare a fondo i dadi.
Ogni danno derivante dalla mancata osservanza delle sud-

dette indicazioni non sarà addebitabile al costruttore e com-
porterà la decadenza delle condizioni di garanzia.
POSIZIONAMENTO
4) Similarly, remove the 4 screws (6, Fig. C) and use them in the
same holes to fix the top mounting (7, Fig. C).
5) Remove screw (8, Fig. C) and use it in the same hole to fix
the compressed air supply assembly (9, Fig. C).
6) Install the flange and cone holder pins (10, Fig. C) pushing
them into the holes until the snap-in correctly.
WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS
7.2
Position the lift near the wheel balancer (See Fig. D) so that:
1) when a wheel is on the lift, it is lined up with the balancer
spin shaft.
2) The lift is positioned to allow:
- the wheel to be loaded (when the carriage is retracted)
- the wheel to be moved against the shaft flange (when the
carriage is forward).
The SL 80 lift does not have to be fixed to the floor. Just adjust
the two levelling screws at the ends of the base so that it rests
firmly against the floor. It can be anchored to the floor using
normal metal expansion bolts (13x50) and inserting the screws
in the tapped holes in the base.
PNEUMATIC HOOK UP
7.3
Connect the air intake (1, Fig. E) to the compressed air system
with a working pressure of 8-10 bar.
Use a compressed air hose with an inside diameter of 7-8 mm.
REGULATING CENTRING
7.4
If necessary, centring performance can be regulated so that
the wheel is lifted to the precise height of the balancer spin
shaft.
Follow these steps:
1) Put a wheel on the lift and raise it as detailed in the "Operat-
ing" section on page 12 of this Manual.
2) Use two 17 wrenches to adjust nuts (1, Fig. F) until the wheel
is centred with the balancer spin shaft.
3) Tighten the nuts all the way.
