12) Sloccare la ruota dall'albero dell'equilibratrice.

13) Traslare all'indietro la colonna fino a creare lo spazio ne-
cessario allo scaricamento della ruota.

14) Portare il comando a levetta (1, Fig. H) verso il basso (posi-
zione 2) per abbassare la ruota e liberarla dalle guide.
15) Ruotare manualmente la ruota fino a farla scendere dalla
guida inferiore.

MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
Il sollevatore SL 80 non richiede particolari attenzioni per quel che
riguarda la manutenzione.
Per un corretto funzionamento e una lunga durata lubrificare
periodicamente:
- la barra esagonale su cui scorrono le guide (4 e 5, Fig. H)
- le guide esagonali del basamento
- le ruote del carrello

MOVIMENTAZIONE
H
Nel caso si renda necessario movimentare il sollevatore pro-
cedere nel modo seguente:
1) Scollegare il sollevatore dalla rete di aria compressa.
2) Portare la colonna verticale (6, Fig. H) a finecorsa.
3) Imbragare il sollevatore con una cinghia da carico di lar-
ghezza minima 60 mm. facendola passare sotto la guida su-
periore (4, Fig. H) e dentro la maniglia (2, Fig. H) come mostra-
to in Fig. L.
4) Raccogliere, con apposito anello, i capi della cinghia al di
sopra del sollevatore.
5) Sollevare e trasportare con dispositivo idoneo adeguata-
mente dimensionato.

ACCANTONAMENTO
In caso di accantonamento per lungo periodo di tempo è
necessario:
1) Scollegare il sollevatore dalla rete di aria compressa.
2) Ingrassare abbondantemente:
- la barra esagonale su cui scorrono le guide (4 e 5, Fig. H)
- le guide esagonali del basamento

- le ruote del carrello
3) Proteggere il sollevatore con un cappuccio in nylon.
12) Remove the wheel from the balancer spin shaft.
13) Move the upright backwards to create the space needed
to unload the wheel.
14) Move the toggle switch (1, Fig. H) down (Position 2) to lower
the wheel and release it from the clamping plates.
15) Turn the wheel by hand until it comes out of the bottom
holder.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
The SL 80 does not need any special routine maintenance.
To ensure correct functional performance and long working
life, lubricate on a regularly scheduled basis, the following:
- the hex bar along which the clamp plates run (4 & 5 Fig. H)
- the hex runners inside the base
- carriage wheels

MOVING THE MACHINE
Follow these steps if the lift has to be moved:
1) Disconnect the lift from the compressed air supply
2) Move the upright (6, Fig. H) to its limit stop
3) Use a sling for the upright (min. length 60 mm) putting it un-
der the top clamping plate (4, Fig. H) and inside the handle (2,
Fig. H) as shown in Fig. L.
4) Attach the ends of the sling to a hoisting hook above the lift.
Hoist and move the lift using hoisting equipment with adequate
carrying capacity.

STORING
If the lift has to be stored for a long time:
1) Disconnect the lift from the compressed air supply.
2) Grease thoroughly:
- the hex bar along which the clamp plates run (4 & 5 Fig. H)
- the hex runners inside the base
- carriage wheels
3) Cover the lift with a plastic sheet.
