Assembly Instructions

The module is inserted into the system com-
ponents SE302/ KE300.

Please take care that the interface module is
completely inserted.
The front knurled bolts must be tightened.
Please take care that the front blind fits close-
ly to the BT300.

Before inserting the
Rexroth interface mod-
ules, the BT 300 card
rack must have been
voltage-free for at least
3 min.

Initial Operation

Before initial operation, the proper connec-
tion of all plugs must be checked.
Except for the jumper described below in
section 5.1, no other adjustment elements
are present.
5.1 Interface X 7.1
The interface is realised as a 25pin SUB-D-
plug. With the jumper on the board, it is pos-
sible to choose between internal and external
power supply for the outputs.

In the setting "internal", the internal power is
used. In the setting "external", an external
power supply is used which must be con-
nected with Pin 1 (24 V) and Pin 13 (0 V).
If internal power is used, Pin 1 can be loaded
with a maximum of 500 mA.
