11.2 Measured value status (PV.STATUS)

Meaning "Quality" (bit 6 and 7):
0: Bad - No transfer of the measured value.
1: Uncertain - Measurement quality lower than normal.
2: Good - Measurement quality good, but alarm condition could be present.
