8 - HOW TO WORK WITH THE MACHINE

8.1 WORKING CYCLE

The phases follow for correct use of the rounding divider
1. Position the main switch
in the | ON position
4. Close the guard casing.
Press the green Start key
2. Insert the plate with the
weighed dough inside the
machine, paying attention
you insert it correctly
5 Wait for the green button
to flash;
Activate the shaping

6. Open the guard casing
and remove the plate with
shaped balls
