10 - MAINTENANCE

10.1 DAILY MAINTENANCE

To clean the machine daily, follow the phases as outlined below
1. Remove the upper casing
by unscrewing
specific fastenings (x2)
The machine will automatically display the "CL" cleaning program as shown in the image
below
4. Press the "Start" button
"a"; the knives will exit
the machine for cleaning
2. Open
the thrusts (x2)
5. Once the knives are
clean, press the Start key
again and the knives return
to position
