Louis Vuitton shall be held liable where the lack of conformity becomes apparent

within two years as from delivery of the Louis Vuitton goods.
You lose your consumer's rights if you do not inform Louis Vuitton Customer Service
of the lack of conformity by no later than two months after the date on which you discovered
it. This notification shall not be required if Louis Vuitton has acknowledged the existence
of the lack of conformity, or has concealed it.
Except where proven otherwise, it shall be assumed that the defects arising by six months
after the delivery of the Louis Vuitton goods already existed on that date, unless
this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the Louis Vuitton goods or the nature
of the lack of conformity.
Actions intended to enforce the lack of conformity not hidden by Louis Vuitton with fraud
shall in any event lapse after twenty-six months from delivery of the Louis Vuitton goods.
Consumers who have been summoned to perform the contract may in any event enforce
their rights provided that the lack of conformity was notified within two months
from discovery thereof, and prior to the expiry of the period referred
to in the foregoing sentence.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Macau
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under law, which may not be excluded.
In order to benefit from this guarantee any defects/lack of conformity of the Louis Vuitton
Tambour Horizon must be claimed/ informed to Louis Vuitton Customer Service Center
