6.2- Maintenance table

ACTIONS REQUIRED
Check that all safety guards are installed
and in good condition. Replace damaged
guards.
Check the tightening of the bolts and
locking nuts in general.
Check the central gearbox oil level.
Check the lubrication of the two gearbo-
xes of the rotors (lubricate with grease).
Perform visual inspection on launchers
and rotor disks to identify wear.
Check the hoses condition and hydraulic
connections.
Check the condition of the cardan cros-
sheads.
Check if the agitator bearings are in good
condition.
Change gearbox oil.
Grease all points with grease as specified
in this manual.
Remove product debris from the reservoir
and wash the machine.
Perform a machine general overhaul.
