worn or unlubricated.
Lower tractor hydraulics arms with
excessive gap.
There are strange objects inside the
reservoir.
Bolts and nuts are loose.
Poor distribution or lack of uniformity in the distribution profile.
Probable cause
The machine is uneven in relation to
the ground.
Incorrect PTO speed.
Machine adjustment is unsuitable for
the product.
Working height is incorrect.
There is to much wind, high air
humidity.
Poor quality of the fertilizer with a lot
of granulometry variation.

Lubricate the crossheads. If worn, replace
them immediately.
Adjust the lower arm gap of the hydraulic
lift of the tractor.
Turn off the machine and remove the
objects from inside the reservoir.
Proceed with the general tightening of
the bolts and nuts. Review according to
the maintenance chart in this manual.
Level the machine according to the
instructions in this manual.
Maintain 540 rpm at the power take-off
of the tractor.
Adjust the settings according to the
product, referring to the distribution
table.
Correct the working height as indicated
in this manual.
Suspend the operation until the weather
conditions are adequate.
Use good quality fertilizer.
