2. Use of the chest strap
Moisten the conductive electrodes on the back
side of the chest strap in order to enable direct
contact with the skin.
3. Attachment
Attach the sensor to the chest strap, with the "L" sym-
bol on the left.
4. Putting on the chest strap
Put the chest strap around your torso. In order to
receive a proper heart rate signal, attach the strap
directly under the pectoral muscle. The strap should
sit firmly and comfortably.
5. Display heart rate
To see your heart rate, start the Premium TFT Dis-
play, go to: Device Settings > Bluetooth Set-up >
Bluetooth: ON > Choose Mode: Chest Belt > SE-
