IV. Maintenance and Care
This sensor is a technological device and should
be handled with care. Please follow the care in-
structions accordingly, in order to ensure the ma-
ximum product life.
Heart Rate Sensor
Before each use, remove the sensor from the chest
strap and dry it with a soft cloth. Do not use che-
mical cleaning agents.
Chest Strap
Wash the strap thoroughly after each use. To
clean it, use water or a mild soap solution. The
use of washing machines and dryers should be
avoided. Make sure the strap is not stretched ex-
cessively and that the electrodes are not bent.
In order to avoid oxidation at the contact points,
storage in a cool, dry place is recommended.
