V. Replacing the Battery
The heart rate transmitter requires a 3V button bat-
tery CR2032. This is included with the device. The
battery holds energy for ca. 600 hours.
To replace the battery, proceed as follows:
– Open the battery cover using the plastic coin. Turn
the coin counterclockwise, until you hear a click.
– Remove the old battery and insert the new bat-
tery with the +side up.
– Put the battery cover back in the opening and
turn it until the cover is once again in the proper
position.
