START TAKiNg MEASUREMENTS

if using only the stopwatch function:
1. Touch MODE/- to select "EXE", "HR BELT" will be
displayed shortly after to indicate system is searching
for chest belt signal.
2. Touch ENTER to skip heart rate signal search, then
+/ST/SP to start stopwatch.

If using chest belt to receive and record fitness data:
1. Touch MODE/- to select "EXE", "HR BELT" will be
displayed shortly after to indicate system is searching
for chest belt signal. Watch will display system used
(analog / digital), then the stopwatch screen.
Enter
+/ST/SP
2. A circle key press prompt will flash to guide you to touch
+/ST/SP to start stopwatch.
MODE/-

PAUSE, RESUME / STOP

If you need to take a break during exercise, touch +/ST/SP.
When ready, touch +/ST/SP to resume exercise.
To stop exercise and save data: Touch +/ST/SP to pause,
then touch MODE/-.
After a long pause, the watch will time out and automatically
save the data.
