8.0 LABELING, ID/LOT NUMBERS, MANUFACTURING DATES
The Lad-Saf Flexible Cable Vertical Safety System Tag must be securely attached and fully legible.

3. WARNING: Failure to heed warnings may result in serious injury or death. Read and follow manufacturer's instructions
supplied with this product. Use only with DBI-SALA approved system and harness. Inspect before each use. Attach sleeve
to frontal D-ring on harness with supplied connector. Do not grasp the sleeve or cable while actively climbing.

1. UP orientation of sleeve body.
Fixed Side Plate in Figure 14, Model 6160054:
1. ID/Lot Number (YYMMWWTT): YY = last two digits of year of manufacture. MM = month of manufacture. WW = week of
year of manufacture. TT = internal 3M use only.
Label in Figure 15, Model 6160054:
1. Maximum distance allowed between system cable and harness attachment point is 9 inches (23 cm).
2. Do not use with Lanyard.
